Abstract: Forecasting through Classification of time series data is a major research areas in Computer Science, Economics and many other areas. A lot of literature is available on forecasting time series data through time series analysis using statistical and mathematical methods like ARIMA, spectral analysis, fuzzy sets. Another alternative for time series forecasting through data mining technique is time series classification, which has less contribution to the literature available. There are also separate methods for predicting class labels of categorical time series data and predicting values of continuous time series data. In this work, we proposed a new method called forecasting labelled and unlabeled time series data through histogram classification using Adaptive Cost Dynamic Time Warping and Euclidean Distance. Which is a common method for predicting class labels of labelled time series data and predicting values of an unlabeled time series data. We applied this method to forecast Taiwan stock indexing, which is a continuous time series data and applied to labelled time series data called BeetleFly dataset and BirdChicken dataset to predict its class labels. The accuracy of forecasting and prediction of class labels compared with existing methods. The results showed that this method has a better performance compared to existing ones.\r\n\r\nKeywords: Forecasting, Histogram-classification, Labelleddata, Unlaelled data, K nearest neighbors.\r\n

MULTILAYER INTEGRATED ROUTING IN PACKET AND OPTICAL NETWORKS

Abstract: In telecommunication networks, the most common solution for routing problems is the decoupling of the routing for every layer. This approach however can provide a sub-optimal solution wherein the routing at the packet layer becomes independent of the optical layer routing. Thus, in order to address this issue, a multilayer integrated routing for packet and optical networks is considered. In this paper, we consider multilayer integrated routing in packet and optical networks. For multilayer integrated routing, we consider both interlayer traffic and network information together. Researchers have generally been investigating only single-layer routing problems such as packet layer routing, and optical layer routing. Considering only one-layer routing leads to a sub-optimal solution in terms of the entire network. However, as we consider both packet and optical layers routing together, we try to optimize network usage in both layers. To achieve this goal we formulate mathematical models with various objective functions and constraints. To solve the mathematical models, linear programming and integer programming solution techniques can be applied. However, for large size in-tiger programming models, the problems are NP-complete. Therefore, we recommend a heuristic algorithm to solve such problems. Finally, we use several examples to confirm the performance of the mathematical models.

Abstract: Phenomena unregister son that must fight, In the future of the State, depends on the younger generation of today, the child should be protected by law, as well as the child of a marriage unregistered, in terms of a biological child is the biological child of both parents, only her second marriage vote parents not registered under applicable law. In This paper described is normative juridical descriptive nature that the data value done by questionnaires, interviews, observations, population purposive sampling that has to do with this study, the results of research, there is no legal protection for children born out of marriage unregistered especially the right to receive welfare, education, a decent life, despite many regulations governing children's rights issues but not touched, seems pretty even in terms of practice, there is discrimination of children, the government should establish new rules to regulate legal protection for children born out of marriage unregistered. Keywords: son unregistered, marriage, legal protection

Abstract: Currently there is a growing number of people who are supporting socio-sports inclusion to improve the living conditions and well-being of people with visual disabilities. We have developed an intervention program based on long-distance races as a motivating factor for people with visual disabilities. Thirty-six subjects with limited vision participated in this study. This study was conducted through the application of a questionnaire known as the scale of basic psychological needs (Echelle des besoins psychologiques satisfaccion), also known as the satisfaction scale in sports. The result shows that the psychological and physical aspects of people with limited vision, after the intervention program, increase the factors of self-esteem, social autonomy and levels of perceived physical competence related to sports activity. Our research is preliminary, and we believe that the result obtained is the basis for future research work.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of altitude and floral origin on the concentration of vitamin C in honey samples from Asir region at the south western part of Saudi Arabia. Ten samples of Acacia tortilis honey (Smar) and Ten samples of ziziphus spina christi (Sidr) honey were collected from three different altitudes. Standard methods were followed to measure the pH, moisture, conductivity and vitamin C concentration. Pollen analysis was done to confirm the floral origin of the honey samples. The honey samples were original since the pH, moisture and conductivity were within the ranges of the CODEX, gulf countries or USA national honey board standards. The pollen analysis showed that the honey samples contained pollens from the Acacia and the ziziphus plants. The range and the mean of vitamin C concentration in the Acacia honey samples were (181.4- 352.2 mg/ 100g) and 233.38 respectively. The results of the Ziziphus honey samples showed the range of 88- 362.8 mg/ 100g and the mean of 239.56 mg/ 100g. When the means of vitamin C in the different altitudes were compared, it was clear that the altitude caused an insignificant increase in the mean concentration of vitamin C of the Acacia and Ziziphus honey samples (p- value= 0.069 and p- value= 0.101 respectively ). The Acacia and Ziziphus honey from high altitude areas in Asir region are characterized by high concentration of vitamin C compared to most of the previously registered concentrations from different regions in the world.

Abstract: The researchers considered the rapid changes and incredible development in information and telecommunication technologies, the high usage of mobile phone and whatsApp among students, the importance of education and the digital nature of the upcoming students to create a classroom that will meet up with the digital nature of students in a cost effective way This research uses whatsApp (a mobile application) in conducting a class to teach basic hygiene to some randomly selected students of Near East University Cyprus, the research is a mixed method research where questionnaire was administered to all the 100 students that participated and interviews were conducted to some selected participating students and staff of Near East University at random. It was found that 55% of the participant uses whatsApp for 3 hours or more hours daily and that only 3% uses their phone for calls only it was also found that students with practical oriented courses are reluctant to take it while those that need little practical's wholeheartedly welcome the idea and that for it to work more successfully there is need for live streaming and group video call. It was also found that user friendliness, accessibility and cost effectiveness are the main reason why whatsApp was acceptable. Finally, it was also noted that 91.1% of the student want the school to use whatApp as a tool for distance learning
