Abstract: Through-out history developments always have been one of human's apprehension. In this research developing historical building in territory of city contexts is considered. In this way, it can be mentioned different kinds of obstacle such as philosophical approach of development, technological approach of development and not having structural resistance in historical building. Research method in this article is cross- sectional and for expanding the research the information based on scientific documents, library archives and authentic text. Research results represent that in developing historical context using technology from a philosophical and technical viewpoint is acceptable for many theorists in architecture, urbanism and renovation of historical monuments. Therefore in historical buildings which can afford all vertical and lateral forces, utilizing technology of air structures is a proper feature for vertical development of the buildings in which, the ratio of dead load is noticeably less than common structures, On the other hand, It is compatible with philosophical approaches of development in architecture and urbanism.

Abstract: The article analyzes comparative sociology as an important area of modern sociology. The aim of this work is to systematize the theoretical approaches to understanding the comparative sociological research, and also to identify and characterize the subject field, the basic principles and methodology of comparative studies. As a result comparative sociology is not identical to the comparative method and has its own distinctive features. A number of specific principles of comparative sociology indicate that it has become an independent branch of sociological knowledge. Basic methodological principles of comparative research are the principle of equivalence of object (data needs to be cross-societal), reliable determination of criteria that will highlight the similarities and differences between the studied objects, multilevel analysis, and the principle of cultural relativism (the rejection of adoption as a sample for the comparison of developed western societies).

Abstract: With the rapid growth of parallel and big data computing technologies, finance, engineering, biometrics, neuro-imaging and bio-informatics data processing activities has become common in industry and research areas. All of these disciplines are based on analyzing high dimensional data. Many real worlds datasets of Bio-Informatics may contain encoded information, but this formatted information in in large scale data with several repeating patterns. These patterns are considered as features which are required for analysis to analyze gene properties and patterns. Gene expression data is recorded in large scale on storage devices using various mechanisms and the recording procedure may be influenced by several different factors like device failures, malfunction in recording equipment or improper recording procedure used and so on. This might lead to wrong or misinterpretable or noise data recorded here and there in the large volume of invocation. This causes missing information in the large data sets and is considered as less quality data, because in data deposits misplaced values of bulk divisions exists. To produce quality information by refined Manifold imputation methods are required to estimate the missing vales in the datasets. In this paper general Manifold Imputation(MI), Joint Probability Distribution(IJPD), and Data Escalation(DE) are employed and compared. Results show that Imputation by Additive Regression(IAR) gives better results than Manifold Imputation method.

Abstract: Section 24(1)(a) of the South African Schools Act (SASA) 84 of 1996 in attempting to enforce cooperative governance in schools, promulgated that parents should be part of the education of their children. As promising as this reform may appear, it is a source of discomfort as most SGB members are not well trained to uphold the new demand of change. This paper reports on the findings of a study aimed at unraveling the operational dilemmas caused by the assigned responsibilities to SGBs in establishing school-based management systems in schools. This is done with the intention to empower SGBs to undertake their assigned responsibilities effectively. Underpinned by a qualitative descriptive research approach, document analysis and interviews in a case study research were used to collect data from 40 purposefully selected SGB members from 2 schools in the Mmabatho Area Office. Data collected were analysed through open coding. The findings revealed that although SGBs are conversant of their allotted responsibilities and are willing to execute them, the operational structures of the SGBs inhibit those who constitute the majority from doing so. SGBs are only allowed to undertake certain allocated functions if they are skilled enough to do so. Yet, nothing is done to skill them to do that. This means they are indirectly handicapped to undertake those functions and the offer to do so is ‘window dressing’. It is argued that if SGBs are to undertake their functions effectively in a school based management system, they should be assigned functions according to their ability to do so in a participative management system. It is therefore recommended that alongside providing further training to SGBs, the operational structures for SGBs should be revised to empower every SGBs member to function in accordance with the provisions of SASA (24)(1)(a) and according to their abilities.

Abstract: The article deals with the construction of visual languages and aesthetic concepts conditioned by images created through the relationship between technology and art, manifesting itself in the representation of visual reality.\r\nThe history of modern art assigns to photography, along with other factors, an important role in the formation of aesthetics and modern pictorial language. The article confirms the existence of formal photographic values, which in painting become visual and plastic, and which converge in the creation of the language of modern art and in the modern look of society and its participation in the new visuality.\r\nIt is argued that the modern view acquires its own meaning by establishing the relations of visual systems and photographic languages in the construction of the imaginary worlds of art and its codes of beauty, giving a new meaning to the concepts of beauty and art.\r\nThe article states that scientific and experimental photography contributes to painting by recognizing unusual forms or images of reality and, by projection, the collective imagination of modernity, highlighting the concepts of simultaneity, dynamism and experimentation in the eyes of the modern artist. It shows how photography models an aesthetic sense that, being its own, transmits the artist in the creation of icons fundamental for the creation of the work of art, and brings more broadly to our imaginary.\r\nTo return to what has been said, the relations between art, aesthetics and technology, as well as the validity of contacts and influences between them, is not a matter that can be considered exhausted. Photography, with its own codes, systems and languages, has changed the way of seeing of the human being; It has made him look at photography, generating an aesthetic sense modeled, in some way, by this way of seeing.

Abstract: In scientific research the problem of the state support of farms of Russia which is shown in disproportions of structure of subsidizing of farmers rises. Based on structural diagnostics it is revealed that the considerable specific weight among budgetary appropriations is occupied by support of financing of agrarian production. By logical analytics it is proved that today in case of low availability of the credits to landowners, the specified measures limit farmers in receipt of budgetary funds. On the basis of methodological generalization of scientific research it is shown that for forming basic other approach to subsidizing it is necessary to perform optimization of measures of support taking into account their efficiency what in world practice methods of the quantitative analysis are applied to. With use of economic-mathematical tools and packets of application programs econometric models of influence of the budget transfers on development of farmers in forms of subsidizing are received and on the basis of the received coefficients of regression the model of optimization of structure of support of farmers which in the new type will allow to increase efficiency of agricultural production is constructed, to increase the economic importance of country farms, to keep the social status of the rural territories.

Abstract: Existing hardware-centric network equipment cannot satisfy various user demands for the expansion of network resources. Many SDN (Software Define Network)-based controllers have been developed to address these limitations by using software to control these network resources flexibly. Among them, ONOS (Open Network Operating System) is one of the largest participating vendors capable of providing the operating functions of an OS. ONOS can be extended for applications by adding plug-ins developed by programmers. Although SDN is more convenient and efficient than traditional network management systems, several security vulnerabilities have been found. ONOS overcomes these problems by providing an ACL (Access Control List) application as a firewall against static network attacks. However, it is not sufficient for dynamic continuous intrusion detection. This paper presents the system we developed to provide automatic network intrusion detection and defense using an SDN-based ONOS controller. By adopting machine-learning algorithms, we expect to implement an automatic intrusion detection system for security of ONOS controller.

Abstract: This article presents a study of log dynamic viscosity variation with log shear rate for rapeseed oils obtained from different stages of processing. The for each of the 5 types of oils studied was determined the dynamic viscosity by changing the shear rate from 3.3 to 120 s-1 and temperature from 40oC to 90oC with Haake VT 550 viscometer equipped with HV1 sensor. Analyzing the results, it was noticed a decrease in log dynamic viscosity for the log shear rate, as increase for all tested oils and for all temperatures at which determinations were performed. The decreasing log dynamic viscosity with increasing log shear rate shows that these oils have characteristics of non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluids. The proposed mathematical equations describe well the rheological behavior of the 5 types of rapeseed oils as correlation coefficients are close to unity

Abstract: Constructing scientifically acceptable conceptions and applying them precisely and consistently to novel situations in forming new notions and cognitive structures, schemas, is crucial in science learning. The current research study aimed to reveal how students, grade 5- university (N=933), construct their conceptions by open-ended questions, interviews, and observations concerning the concept free-fall. A significant number of researchers dealt with students’ object motion conceptions; revealed and discussed the phenomenon in detail as the present research to show students thinking and schemas construction behaviors. Students constructed their free-fall event in their schemes concentrating on a superficial characteristic of heaviness context. Students’ ‘heaviness schema’ encapsulated a collection of different knowledge; co-locate in the schema as mental representations based on daily experiences. Students constructed their schema and used this schema spontaneously and consistently when needed not considering the specific problem in detail. The present study reached an important conclusion relating co-location errors with misunderstandings: Co-location error is a misconception generating process and end through superficial handling of events to be colocated in a scheme together as mental representations. Co-location errors are common among students and concluding with misconceptions. Few students responding correct kept their conceptions as isolated facts. Discussions based on previous research create new issues to be studied and add to the literature. Keywords: Conceptions, co-location errors, mental representations, schemas.
