Abstract:
The study aims to identify the Constitutional Court legal system and the obligatoriness level and implementation of its resolutions inside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study significance is indicated in highlighting the Constitutional Court formation and identity, considering it an independent judiciary assigned to be a competent authority controlling the constitutionality of laws and regulations, interpretation of Constitution provisions, and adherence of executive, legislative and judicial authorities to implement Constitutional Court resolutions, in addition to the results and recommendations concluded from the study.
