According to the authors, this topic resonates in all societies and remains to be rethought considering the new realities associated with the active participation of family-related cells in public administration. Legislative initiatives of regulation of participation of institute of family and related communications in the system of institutes of public administration have to capture all aspects of activity in the society. It is a practical importance of the work.
